Your First Visit
Your consultation visit is an important appointment. You can expect to meet with Dr. Nedbalski and Dr. Luter to learn more about your condition, undergo a thorough oral evaluation, and receive a customized treatment plan. Diagnostic scans, such as X-rays or 3D scans, may be taken. This appointment is a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
We encourage patients to arrive at their appointment early to allow the extra time needed to complete paperwork and check in. This ensures we can make the most of your appointment time with us.
What to Bring
Please remember to bring the following with you to your first appointment:
- Referral slip
- Any X-rays or 3D scans
- Health and/or dental insurance cards
- List of current medications (e.g., heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, etc.)
- Valid ID, such as a driver’s license
- Type of payment (cash, check, credit card—you can visit our Financial & Insurance Policy page for more information)
Please note: Any patient under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

What to Expect
Your first visit to our practice is a chance for you to get to know Dr. Nedbalski and Dr. Luter and ask any questions you may have about your condition or any potential procedure. After he reviews your health history and conducts a thorough oral exam, he will discuss potential treatment plans that address any issue you might be facing. Most appointments will require a second appointment for a scheduled surgical procedure. However, some procedures may be completed during the first visit. Should your surgery be scheduled for another day, we will provide detailed instructions.
3D Imaging
We work hard to develop a detailed and accurate treatment plan specific to your needs. We utilize 3D scanning to help get the best images of your condition so we can provide exceptional care.
